Nanofluencer is an influencer intelligence platform that scrapes and analyzes public social media profiles on Instagram and TikTok. The Service provides AI-powered analysis, engagement metrics, brand partnership detection, and audience insights.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to scrape or analyze private accounts, harass individuals, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

5. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

7. Data and Privacy

The Service only analyzes publicly available social media data. We store analysis results in your private account and do not share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, and content generated by the platform, is owned by Nanofluencer. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or analysis provided by the Service. Social media platforms may change their systems at any time which could affect Service functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanofluencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
