Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription (after the free trial), you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as significant service outages, billing errors, or duplicate charges. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5. Service Outages

If the Service experiences a significant outage (more than 24 continuous hours), affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing cycle. We do not provide cash refunds for outages.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@nanofluencer.io with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan, the new lower price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for the difference in plan pricing mid-cycle.

9. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
